I want to start by saying that I rarely take the time to post a bad review, because I don’t expect perfection. I felt compelled here. I went to get my haircut, and there was the manager Anissia, and someone training named D Angelo. In my previous visit, I observed Anissia being rude to the person whose hair she was cutting. He was obviously not talkative, and seemed a bit socially awkward. She kept reacting with rude facial expressions if she didn’t like the answers he was giving to her questions. She also made eye contact a couple of times to the stylist cutting my hair, and they reacted in an unprofessional manor. Some guys like to just get their haircut, watch the game, and not talk much. I felt bad with how he was treated, and I didn’t like her attitude. Now back to my visit this time. The trainee was fine with the clippers, but had no experience with scissors. Anissia had been helping him with the scissors on previous haircuts, but she convinced him to try it on me on his own for the first time. I could tell he was nervous, not cutting much off. After the third time of asking for more off, I gave up. I just left unsatisfied.They were extremely busy, so they weren’t rinsing or washing hair. Just haircut and out. At the register, they rang me up for a MVP. I explained I just received a haircut only, and she said they only have one price. Like WTF. She ended up taking off the MVP, but acted like she was doing me a favor. Very frustrated with the experience.

We went at 2:45 on 1/29/22, the stylist did not give his name but was the only male. We asked he leave my son's length on the top and just shave the sides, I assured I knew it would look like a mop and that was what my son wanted. This was a compromise I made with my son, the stylist took it upon himself to cut all my son's hair off.. the stylist, cut my kids hair like Lloyd from dumb and dumber. He was extremely harsh and yanked my son's hair. This was the worst experience we have ever had.. it was bad enough my son walked out with tears in his eyes and would not speak to me. The stylist was the rudest person and ruined my child's hair that he had been growing out for months. He was also the only person not wearing a mask and was coughing while doing my son's hair.
